Our First Generation And the beginning of our journey!

Mississippi has brought so many wonderful traits to our line!  Her intelligence is phenomenal!  The only Labrador that I ever owned/bred, that could switch gears to any situation.   She is a retrieving machine...she will retrieve anything from balls (favorite), bumpers, birds, keys, flashlights, brooms, even pick up a credit card.  She can even get me a drink from the refrigerator and she knows the difference between a bottle of water and a bottle of orange juice.  She was trained for field trials but unfortunately was never able to prove her capabilities.  She opted to help me recover from a pretty traumatic injury.  Mississippi shifted her focus on helping me with everyday tasks that I was struggling to do.  Not only could she retrieve anything under the sun, but she is also good at opening doors, closing cabinets, carrying the mail and especially pulling off jackets.  Mississippi has a heart of gold.
